Hello everyone,,
Stop to use the Oscon contract model, I saw that there is no mention of the possibility (which I believe is an obligation) to resort to "mediation" while there is arbitration.

Mediation was governed by Legislative Decree 28 of 4 March 2010, which provides for the obligation, before committing ordinary justice, to attempt mediation with reference to the subjects listed in art. 5.
How about? It could be a good idea?
